A: Yes, as long as everything checks out when we inspect your vehicle. Your offer is guaranteed until the expiration date. However, legal requires us to note: Galpin Buys Cars offers are contingent on an in-person verification of your vehicle’s condition and details, including VIN, mileage, trim, equipment, and vehicle history. The offer assumes the vehicle is unmodified and retains all original equipment.
Q: How long is my offer valid?
A: Galpin Buys Cars offer is valid for 7 days or 500 miles, whichever comes first. If it expires, you can request a new offer anytime.
Q: Where do I drop off my vehicle?
A: After finalizing details with your Galpin Concierge, we’ll schedule a 30-minute inspection at one of our Buying Centers. If everything checks out, we’ll buy your car on the spot and issue a same-day check.
Q: Can I sell my vehicle with an active loan or lease?
A: Absolutely! We’ll handle the details for you. If you have a loan, Galpin will pay off the remaining balance (up to the offer amount). For leased vehicles, we’ll help determine if your lease is eligible for sale.
